By accessing or using Avatar Hub (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Avatar Hub provides:

• A marketplace for buying and selling VRChat avatars, accessories, and related digital content
• Unity plugin tools for avatar validation, optimization, setup, and configuration
• Community features and educational resources for VRChat creators

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Our Service allows you to upload, submit, store, and share content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service

For Buyers

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the product listing
• Digital products are licensed, not sold; you receive a license to use the content as specified
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content unless explicitly permitted
• Refunds may be available within 14 days for products that do not match their description

For Sellers

• You must own or have proper licenses for all content you sell
• You are responsible for accurately describing your products
• You agree to our commission structure (see Pricing page for current rates)
• Payouts are processed according to our payment schedule
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Avatar Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

VRChat is a trademark of VRChat Inc. Avatar Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by VRChat Inc.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds for partial subscription periods are generally not provided
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my Avatar Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avatar Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
